This Privacy Policy explains how Number One Contractors LLC ("Number One Contractors", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit growth.1contractors.com, purchase the Exterior Contractor Growth System, or otherwise interact with us (the "Services").

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us. Name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address, trade, service area, pricing information, logos and photos you send us, and anything you tell us on a call or in chat.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Authorize.net. We do not store your full card number. We receive limited billing details such as the last four digits, card brand and billing address.
• Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and time spent, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Information from your customers. If you use the Services, your website, chatbot, estimating tool and CRM will collect information about your customers (name, contact details, property address, project details). We process that information on your behalf — see section 6.

2. How we use information

• To build, host, maintain and support your website, chatbot, estimating tool and CRM
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To contact you about your account, your setup call and your monthly check-ins
• To provide customer support through our dedicated chat
• To improve the Services and troubleshoot problems
• To send marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time
• To comply with law and enforce our terms

3. Legal bases for processing

Where GDPR or similar law applies, we process personal data on the basis of performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services, your consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site function, analytics and advertising. This includes Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel, which may allow those providers to build a profile of your activity across sites. 5. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with:

• Service providers who help us run the business — hosting, payment processing, CRM, email delivery, analytics, advertising and AI model providers. Our key providers include Vercel (hosting), Authorize.net (payment processing), Google (analytics and tag management) and Meta (advertising).
• Professional advisors such as lawyers and accountants
• Authorities where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety or property
• A buyer or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets

6. Your customers' data

Leads and customer records generated through your website, chatbot, estimator and CRM belong to you. We process that data as your service provider, on your instructions, solely to operate the Services. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and for your own privacy notice to your customers. You may export your data at any time, and you may request deletion when your subscription ends.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and afterwards as needed to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Account data is generally deleted or anonymised within 30 days of cancellation, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict processing of your personal information, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

10. Marketing and SMS

You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message. If you opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We do not sell or share phone numbers collected for SMS with third parties for their own marketing.

11. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

12. Children

The Services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the "last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the Services.
